MenEngage Alliance South Asia

MenEngage is a global alliance of NGOs and UN agencies that seeks to engage boys and men to achieve gender equality.

Formed in 2007, MEASA is a regional alliance composed of 5 country networks – Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka with over 200 organisational members in the region and approximately 100 individual members. Afghanistan and Maldives are also developing their country networks and will join the South Asian Alliance in future. MenEngage Alliance members work collectively and individually toward advancing gender justice, human rights and social justice to achieve a world in which all can enjoy healthy, fulfilling and equitable relationships and their full potential.
